Classification and Cultivation of Microorganisms According to Temperature, and Optimal Temperature

Includes most human pathogens and normal flora since they match human body temperature (~37°C). 중온성 미생물 (온도 중간 선호): 최적 생장 온도는 20°C에서 45°C 사이입니다. 인체 체온(약 37°C)과 일치하기 때문에 대부분의 인체 병원균과 정상 세균총을 포함합니다. 5대 유효종합균의 최적 배양 및 성장 온도 유산균( Lactic Acid Bacteria ): 30°C ~ 45°C 효모( Yeast ): 25°C~33°C 중온성 방선균( Actinomycetes ): 28°C – 37°C (대부분의 스트렙토마이세스 종은 28°C~30°C) 바실러스( Bacillus 고초균): 중온균 30~40°C, 고온균 50~65 °C 광합성균( Photosynthetic Bacteria ): 28°C – 30°C 발효액비에는 상기의 균주가 들어가서 발효함으로 물온도을 35 °C, 예외로 유황발효액비의 유황균은 고온성균주가 많으므로 37 °C에서 발효하는 것이 바람직합니다. 3. Thermophiles (Heat-loving): Optimum growth between 50°C and 80°C. Found in hot springs and organic compost piles. 고온성 미생물(열을 좋아하는 미생물): 최적 생장 온도는 50°C에서 80°C 사이입니다. 온천과 유기 퇴비 더미에서 발견됩니다. 4. Hyperthermophiles (Extreme heat-loving): Optimum growth above 80°C (some up to 122°C). Found in deep-sea hydrothermal vents and boiling hot springs. 초고온성 미생물 (극한의 고온을 좋아하는 미생물): 80°C 이상(일부는 122°C까지)에서 최적의 성장을 보입니다. 심해 열수 분출구와 끓는 온천에서 발견됩니다. |
